Located in the former light industrial neighborhood south of Market Street in San Francisco, the 48,000 square foot building is clad with pre-cast concrete, terracotta tile and stucco. Dramatic second floor cantilevers maximize building space, while a continuous roof monitor maximizes building height and light.
